Acclaimed Creative Projects & Artworks

Creative strategist for illumination of Qutub MInar in tricolors of Hungarian flag to commemorate Hungarian Revolution of 1956 and Hungarian Independence day on October 23, 2020 held by Hungarian Information and Cultural Centre, Embassy of Hungary, New Delhi. Event was presided by HE Ambassador of Hungary to India.

Creative Director & art strategist of W-LOC (World’s Largest Online Competition of Art) held by IAI (International Art and Imagination Forum) an initiative of from Nov 7-8, 2020. The event comprised coming together of over 10000 artists from world over to create a world record of visual arts virtually on digital platform and panel discussions by experts from different fields of arts deliberating on changed scenarios for art and artists. Event designed and showcased on state-of-the-art AI enabled 3D platform under the creative direction and vision of Neerajj Mittra.

International Art Residencies

SPEAKING STONES : April 28 – May 7, 2019

Gallery Art’est – An Art Abode in collaboration with Hungarian Information & Cultural Centre, Embassy of Hungary and SOS Children’s Villages of India

A 7 days art residency program curated and conceptualized by Neerajj Mittra, held in collaboration with Hungarian Information and Cultural Centre, Embassy of Hungary, New Delhi at gallery ART’EST – AN ART ABODE.

Participating artists were Magyar Judith Maria from Hungary, Vinita Vasu, India and Neerajj Mittra conceptualized, organized and executed the entire art residency right from art workshops to curation of artworks on display. The camp comprised an art exhibition titled ‘SPEAKING STONES’ displaying the art works of the eminent mentor artists and the students attending the camp and a series of workshops titled ‘STONE CREATIVES’ under which 97 students from different schools, a design school and 30 less privileged children of Herman Gmeiner School were taught to create artworks using stones, sand, leaves, flowers, spices, colours, etc.

The 7day panorama of engagement in art and creativity culminated as a Finnesage and artist talk held on May 5, 2019 during which the artists spoke to the art lovers, the camp participants and the visitors about their art styles, artworks and experiences. All the participants of the art residency and workshops were felicitated by the eminent chief guest Dr. Zoltan Wilheim, Former Director, Hungarian Information & Cultural Centre, Embassy of Hungary and Jattinn Kocchar, noted Fashion Designer.
